What data is processed?
This site is mostly static. It has a single contact form in the footer, no cookies, no tracking, no embedded advertising or analytics scripts.
Contact form
When you submit the form, the following data is processed: name, email address, app name (optional), selected tier (optional), problem description, TestFlight link (optional), plus IP address and user-agent for spam prevention. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures).
The inquiry is forwarded by email to [email protected]. Email service provider: Resend Inc. (2261 Market Street #5039, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA). Resend processes only the form data listed above for delivery and deletes it after a short retention period. Processing per Resend Privacy Policy. EU data transfer based on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC).
Spam protection is provided by Cloudflare Turnstile (Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA, USA). Turnstile uses no cookies and no classical browser fingerprinting, but collects technical telemetry for bot detection per the Cloudflare privacy policy.
Inquiry retention in the personal mailbox: up to 24 months after last contact, then deletion.
Server logs (hosting via Cloudflare)
On every request, our hosting provider Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA, USA) processes the following technically necessary data to serve the page:
- IP address (typically truncated and not stored long-term)
- User agent / browser identification
- Referrer URL
- Access timestamp
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure, functional site delivery). Data is processed in accordance with the Cloudflare privacy policy.
Email contact
If you email [email protected], your inquiry and any information you include is stored for the purpose of responding. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in handling inquiries).
Email is routed via Cloudflare Email Routing to a personal mailbox. Retention: up to 24 months after last contact, then deletion.
